Beginning 9/1/2017 we will be transforming our website to provide a much better interface, especially for mobile users. During the month of September, some of our content may not be fully available as each state page is moved over and reformatted. The full list will be available at all times. Starting in October, we will begin our yearly update of information. This process usually takes 3-4 months.
