Alabama Medicaid Waivers

Alabama currently has four waivers that are open to children. All are HCBS 1915(c) Medicaid waivers. Three of these programs waive parental income; we do not know the status of the fourth. View Alabama's HCBS waiver page. Additional information about Alabama's waivers may be found in this Policy and Procedure Manual and this Summary of Programs.

Alabama also has several adult-only waivers, including Individuals with HIV/AIDS and Related Illnesses, SAIL, and Technology Assisted Waiver.
